We are so excited to welcome you to The Flourish Barn for your event. We love that we can combine our love of flowers, beauty and hospitality with your event!
Located on the second floor of the barn, you will have a great view of the Flourish Gardens as well as a lovely vista of rolling Lancaster County farmland. We can host up to 30 people, with 4 farm tables and various high top tables. There is also a cozy seating area that includes 2 sofas. The barn has a port-a-potty bathroom. This space is perfect for:
- Bridal Showers
- Baby Showers
- Dinner Parties
- Birthday Parties
- Company dinners
- Classes and Lectures (Individual desks and chairs for 20 people)
Four Hour Rental | $400
Cost includes setup and cleanup time. A non-refunable $100 deposit is due at the time of booking your date. Venmo is preferred but we also accept check or cash.
Venue rental includes use of all chairs and tables and our white table cloths.
We ask that you finish your event and be out of the space by 9:30pm.
Please clean up after your event. Put trash in cans, tables and chairs where they were originally etc.
There is a (clean) port-a potty for guests to use on site.
No Sunday events.
Guests are welcome to walk through the Flourish gardens, weather permitting, and may feel free to browse and shop our retail space. Floral arrangements or DIY flowers purchased from us are 20% off
(not including flower bar).

Self-Serve Flower Bar
Make your event truly special and interactive: Include the Flower Bar for your guests here on the Flourish Flower Farm!
Our basic DIY, self-serve flower bar includes:
-A beautiful display of flowers in galvanized buckets.
-A simple glass vase for each participant.
-Each person chooses about 15 flowers for their arrangement, plus greens.

Cut Your Own Flowers
NEW! Cut your own flowers! (Available during the growing season only. Approx. May - October)
Submerse yourself in the gardens and add this unique experience to your event! Each guest cuts their own flowers to take home as a favor and fond memory of your event.
Choose how many flowers and take home option you would like to offer your guests.
- Each guest cuts 5 stems: $9 per person
- Each guest cuts 10 stems: $15 per person
- Each guest cuts 20 stems: $25 per person
- Each guest cuts 30 stems: $35 per person
We will provide clippers for your guests to use to cut their flowers.
Options for transporting home:

- Bud vase (recommended for 5 stems) $4pp
- Small vase (recommended for 10 stems) $6pp
- Medium vase (recommended for 20 stems) $9pp
