Trish | Owner & Founder
Trish has been growing the business for over 20 years and remained hands-on from the very beginning. Wearing many hats her duties consist of leading the business and her employees, directing projects, event planning, communicating with customers and creating floral designs, just to name a few!
As a young girl, Trish was surrounded by her mother and grandmother who loved to garden. However, her affinity for FLOWERS wasn’t immediate. “I really didn’t care a whole lot about flowers when I first got married. I had my sister grow some Zinnias and put them in vases. It was not a high priority for me”. But shortly after, when Trish and her husband Bob bought their own property, her garden began to grow and so did her passion for floral arranging.
Trish loves Spring, Garden Roses, Peonies and Double Tulips. Her favorite events to host are the Garden Party and Christmas at Flourish. “I love the interaction with people and giving them a fun experience."
Outside of the business, her focus is her husband Bob, and 4 children- Ben, Sarah, Nate, & Zach. She is an avid runner, loves to read, travel and be with her friends and family.

Donna | Floral Designer & Class Instructor
Donna has been with Flourish nearly from the start. She met Trish at a “How to start your own business” class; the two got to talking and Donna asked if Trish needed help; from there things grew into a long-lasting relationship!
Donna is a skilled floral designer and seasoned class instructor here at Flourish. She has been with Flourish for over 15 years and has dedicated most of her adult life to designing with all types of flowers including fresh, dried, and silks.
In her spare time, Donna also teaches art classes and offers private lessons to students ages 4-102! She has traveled extensively, visiting over 30 countries during her time in the mission field. Donna loves being inspired and is always pushing herself to look for new design inspiration, to find new trends and gain fresh ideas from at home and around the world. Donna loves the Spring and Summer seasons. Some of her favorite flowers include, Hydrangeas, Peonys, Wax Flowers and more, “I can’t pick just one!”
Ruth | Head Gardener & Floral Designer
Ruth has a variety of skills she brings to the table - working in the garden, creating mixed bouquets, delivering wedding flowers, and any number of last minuet T's that need crossed or I's that need dotted around the farm. Ruth has always loved working with her hands and went from learning to care for her first cactus to working at Flourish where she continues to grow and learn something new everyday.
Ruth's favorite flower is Columbine, but Bunny Tails come in a close second. She loves the summertime, playing with her little pet bunny, cooking up savory foods, trying new recipes and most of all spending time with her family.

Bethany | Wedding Event Manager & Floral Designer
Bethany is our go-to-girl for all things weddings. From consultations to scheduling, designing and delivering, she makes sure Flourish brides receive a pleasant and smooth experience when it comes to their big day. Bethany also contributes to working in the garden and other miscellaneous tasks around the farm when help is needed!
Helping her mom around their home garden and her involvement in the horticulture and floriculture programs at her high school prepared Bethany for a career in florals. Her interest in wedding designing and gardening led to her position here at the farm. She instantly connected to the Flourish vision and quickly became a valuable member of the team!
When Bethany is not envisioning weddings with a bride or creating beautiful bouquets, she spends her time with her family at home and at church. She loves Jesus, being an aunt, her two dogs, crafting, reading, Dahlia and Ranunculus flowers, summertime and traveling to anywhere with mountains!

Carissa | Social Media & Website Manager
Carissa started in the fall of 2021 helping out behind the scenes. Her tasks include updating our website, managing our social media platforms and designing our monthly newsletters.
Carissa grew up around horticulture. Her father was a Landscape Designer, and she spent many hours working at his shop in greenhouses and at potting benches. She has continued to dabble in flowers and plants ever since. Her first job was at a local flower shop followed later in life with a summer at Terrain. With experience in graphic design, interior design, and the bulk of her career in dog grooming, Carissa loves making things look beautiful, no matter the subject! Through it all, her path has continued to lead her back to her love of plants and flowers and here she is with us today.
Her husband Brent, 7-year old son Roman, and little one on the way, are her motivation and her biggest cheer-leaders in life. Carissa also has a lifelong love of horses, great danes, traveling, summertime, Italy, macaroons, wine, blush Roses & Anemones!

Kim | Event Coordinator & Gardener
Kim has been working at Flourish since the Spring of 2022. She fills many needs here on the farm- helping in the garden as needed, arranging wedding flowers, making deliveries and setting up for events.
Kim loves the growing season, specifically Spring and Fall and some of her favorite blooms in the garden are Lisianthus and Ranunculus. Along with getting her hands dirty in the garden, Kim also loves to cook and bake and entertain people in her home. When she's ready to kick her feet up, sewing and listening to podcasts is one of her favorite ways to unwind. Kim's family, her husband and two sweet girls, are her biggest supporters and motivators!
Nettie | Gardener
Nettie is a gardener here at Flourish and was introduced to Trish through Ruth, another member of our team. Nettie has been working with us since Spring of 2022 and she is a massive help in the garden by tending to our flower crops, keeping the weeds at bay, and mowing the grounds.
Gardening has been a lifelong interest and hobby since Nettie was a little girl and we are so thrilled she is turning it into a career here with us on the farm! Along with her love of flowers, specifically roses, she also enjoys playing baseball, hiking, fishing, kayaking and spending time with her friends and family. We appreciate her skills, dedication, and work-ethic that she brings with her everyday!
